2. Pay with Citi Mastercard to enjoy the promotion.
3. Discount is applied on checkout with an eligible Mastercard Consumer credit, debit and prepaid cards issued in Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
4. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering payment details of an eligible Mastercard Consumer credit, debit and prepaid cards.
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
6. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of properties made through the Agoda-Mastercard campaign or via the designated URL on web, app and mobile website.
7. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
8. The APP promotion eligibility will expire if the cardholders do not finish checkout within 2 hours of campaign .
9. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and local language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Mastercard and/or Agoda shall be final.
12. Mastercard and/or Agoda can change the terms & conditions at any time.
13. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
14. Citibank's and Agoda’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
15. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Agoda
16. Citibank and Agoda reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
