Eligible Cardholders shall mean all Mastercard cards issued by Mastercard customer banks in the Market(s) Eligibility countries set out below via Merchant Website.
The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period to Eligible Cardholders, who make payment of their purchases on https://ba-sh.com/hk/, https://ba-sh.com/sg/ and https://ba-sh.com/au/ ("Merchant Website”) with an eligible Mastercard card, with orders being shipped to Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The Promotion code will only be valid on Merchant Website. There will be no minimum spend value to avail the benefits under this Promotion.
To redeem the Promotion, the Eligible Cardholder must log in or register on Merchant Website, enter the code MC12 in the coupon code field at the checkout page and checkout with a Mastercard card.
The Promotion will be applied on the net purchase value of the products before the application of any taxes and/or applicable fees or charges.
Merchant has the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion if an invalid card is used to redeem the Promotion.
Promotion is only applicable for Eligible Cardholders making purchases for their personal use (i.e. not for wholesale purposes).
Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
The Promotion cannot be transferred or used to settle the minimum payment, exchanged for cash, spending credit or other discounts/products/services. Eligible Cardholders can avail benefits of this Promotion multiple times.
The prices of all products and services are designated by the Merchant and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
Merchant has the right to amend Promotion specific Merchant terms and conditions as well as to terminate this Promotion and/or replace the Promotion with another offer of similar value.
Merchant shall be solely responsible for the fulfilment of the Promotion and merchandise and services offered by it to Mastercard Cardholders. Mastercard is not responsible or liable in the event that any of the merchandise, services or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the Merchant.
