Promotion is valid for early bird reservations from 22 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive).
Early bird reservation is applicable for dine-in and takeaway daily from 19 January to 3 March 2026, however promotion cannot be applied from 16 to 18 February 2026.
Advance reservation is required.
Payment must be made with a Citi Credit Card or Citibank Debit Card to enjoy the promotion.
Promotion is valid at Chen’s Kitchen (Paragon) in Singapore
Promotion is given before prevailing service charge (dine-in) and GST.
Promotion is not stackable with other discounts, promotions, and Citi’s yearlong offer – 15% off total bill with min. S$80 spend.
Citibank's and OUE Restaurants’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
