Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
12 sessions to be complete within 12 months from first visit, one session per month. Non redemptions of treatment will be forfeited.
