Terms & conditions
• The Promotion is valid for cardholders who (i) purchase an Eligible Fare using a Singapore-issued Mastercard card; (ii) complete an issuance of the e-ticket receipt booked online at https://www.emirates.com/english/book/?promoCode=SGMAST1&pub=/au/English and (iii) use the Promotional Code ‘SGMAST1’.
• Eligible Fares are valid for one-way and return travel in Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, and Business Class on Emirates-operated services originating in Singapore only and is not valid on flights operated by Emirates’ partner airlines.
• Tickets issued on the ‘Special’ fare brand are excluded from the Promotion.
• The discount of 'Up to 15% off Saver fares in Economy Class' is valid only to Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Johannesburg, London, Madrid, Manchester, Medina, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Rome, Vienna and Zurich
All other destinations will enjoy up to 10% off Saver fares in Economy Class.
• The Promotion will not be valid on tickets which are already discounted.
• The Promotion discount applies to the Eligible Fare component only, and excludes taxes, surcharges and levies
For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible Fares are subject to the applicable government and airport taxes quoted at the time of booking.
• Flight restrictions may apply to certain Eligible Fares
‘Fare Conditions’ viewable from relevant online quotes via Emirates shall be available to view all fare conditions on Eligible Fare.
• The offer is applicable off Emirates published fares as distributed by Emirates via World Wide Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• "The 'Discounted offer' label indicates which flight, fare type and class of travel are eligible for the discount at the time of flight search
The discount will already be included in the displayed sale price.
• It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that flights are booked with the Eligible Fare
Where published rates are utilized and the Promotion could have been availed, the discount amount will not be retrospectively refunded by Emirates.
• The offer is available for new bookings only and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.
• The Promotion is applicable for Emirates flights only
Eligible fares are subject to seat availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
• The Promotion is valid for bookings made on/before 30 September 2026.
• The booking made must be for travel between 1 October 2025 until 31 October 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Travel blackout period may apply.
• Payment for Eligible Fares must be made online using a Mastercard during the booking process
• Amendments and cancellation penalties may apply for date changes/rerouting for Eligible Fares
Such penalties may vary depending on destination and class of travel.
