Self-collection is available at the Fairmont Mooncake Booth, located on Level 2 of Fairmont Singapore, from 18August to 6October2025, between 10am and 8pm daily.
Any cancellations made after 48 hours of order placement will have a 5% administrative charge imposed. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or self-collection will not berefunded.
Delivery charges apply for orders falling below S$200 after discount applicable.
Delivery is available at an additional charge. Delivery surcharge of S$15 nett to one location for 1-5 boxes. Delivery surcharge of S$60 nett to one location up to 49 boxes.
For deliveries to multiple locations within the same building (e.g. different floors), an additional charge of S$10 nett applies per floor.
