Self-collection is available at the Fairmont Mooncake Booth, located on level 2 of Fairmont Singapore, from 18 August to 6 October 2025, between 10am and 8pm daily.
Delivery charges apply for orders falling below S$200 after discount. Delivery surcharge of S$15 nett to one location for 1-5 boxes. Delivery surcharge of S$60 nett to one location up to 49 boxes.
Delivery slots are subject to availability. Please note that delivery services will be unavailable during the F1 blackout period.
Surcharge is applicable to restricted areas such as Airline House, Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, and Sentosa.
Not valid with corporate and bulk orders.
All prices are inclusive of prevailing government taxes and exclude shipping.
Any cancellations made after 48 hours of order placement will have a 5% administrative charge imposed. Cancellations within 28 hours of delivery or self-collection will not be refunded.
