Orders must be placed three (3) days prior to collection and delivery. All orders received after 8pm will be processed the following day.
Self-collection is available from 15 January 2026 to 8 March 2026, 12pm to 8pm daily, with the following exceptions (a) Self-collection is not available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 15 January to 2 February 2026, and (b) Self-collection will be only be available between 11am to 2pm on 16 February 2026 (CNY eve).
Please bring along your order confirmation and/or order form for verification purposes upon collection.
Delivery is chargeable at an additional S$50 nett per location and it has to be paid directly to Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium upon order confirmation. Discount is not applicable for delivery fee.
Free delivery to one (1) location for orders above S$1,288 nett, after discount.
Delivery will be made between 12pm to 6pm.
Items are subject to availability and based on first-come-first-serve basis.
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours and the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation.
