Payment must be charged using Citi Credit / Debit Card.

The offer of 5% off applies to cruise fees only.
Taxes, Fees & Port expenses are included.
Gratuities and Activities are not included.
A FULL payment in Singapore dollars (SGD) is required upon booking. A full payment shall guarantee the confirmation of the Cruise that you are booking with JTB, otherwise advised according to the consultant during booking. This is to ensure that JTB can secure a confirmation on the Cruise that you are booking.
In the event that the customer decides to cancel the Cruise booking, the cancellation must be done in writing and acknowledged by JTB. In the event of a cancellation, the customer agrees to the following cancellation charges:
A) Cancellation charges: S$100 per pax on top of 3rd party cancellation fee. (Please check with consultant)
B) No amendment or changes are permitted after booking/payment is done.
C) Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
Citibank's and JTB’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with JTB.
Citibank and JTB reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time and without having to give prior notice.
"Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and "JTB" refers to JTB Pte Ltd.
