For male and females customers aged 18 years and above only. Male customers are subjected to SGD5 surcharge per service (payable to merchant).
Voucher must be purchased 2 days prior to making appointments and 1 day advance phone booking require. In-store purchase and immediate redemption of vouchers are not allowed.

Return soak-off is valid only for nails done at Nailz Gallery and must be done within 4 weeks (28 days) from visit. Soak-off service for existing gel nails are subject to a surcharge.
Return soak off / 2nd session: customers are to return to the same outlet that they have visited on the first visit.
Festive season surcharges (payable to merchant):
SGD18 surcharge per service from 5 days before Christmas
Not Valid 3 weeks prior to Chinese New Year
The second session is to be done within 1 month from date of first visit.
