• Each invoice is eligible for only one offer
Offers cannot be accumulated, converted to cash, or refunded for any remaining balance when using an E-voucher.
• The voucher will be directly deducted from the invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Applicable locations: All Parkway Dental Clinics nationwide.
• The number of offers is limited per month and will be updated regularly.
