Payment must be made with an OCBC credit or debit card.
Combination of a maximum of 3 same-day receipts from the same store location to meet the following minimum nett spends:- S$350 or S$650 (inclusive of GST), TANGS at Tang Plaza.
Receipts from F&B and selected Beauty & Wellness outlets at TANGS at Tang Plaza with a minimum nett spend of S$20 shall be considered qualifying receipts.
Limited to a maximum of 3 Vouchers redemption per customer daily.
Limited Vouchers available, while stocks last, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Voucher is redeemable for purchases at TANGS at Tang Plaza and TANGS at VivoCity. Additional locations may be added at TANGS’ sole discretion.
Voucher is to be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance stated.
Applicable on discounted offers, special & promotional items and OCBC IPP payment, unless stated otherwise.
Not applicable for purchases of goods or services provided by Chanel. Not applicable for purchases at F&B and selected Beauty & Wellness outlets (unless otherwise stated). Additional brand exclusions may apply.
Each Voucher is applicable for a one-time use only. Multiple Vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
Purchases made with the Voucher shall not be entitled to further promotional vouchers.
Voucher value has to be used in full and no partial redemption will be allowed. Any unused or non-redeemed value will be forfeited.
Not exchangeable for cash nor to be used to settle outstanding credit amounts, nor to be sold or traded in any way or manner.
Only original Voucher is accepted.
Any Voucher which is expired, lost, torn, defaced, damaged, forged or otherwise tampered with will not be accepted, replaced or refunded whether in whole or in part.
OCBC and TANGS shall not be liable for any expired, lost, torn defaced, damaged, forged or tampered Vouchers
In case of any dispute regarding the use of Voucher, TANGS reserves the right to the final decision.
OCBC and TANGS reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete or add to the promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the promotion.
OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotion or any product/service relating to the promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the promotion, or any product/service relating to the promotion, by any person.
OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
