  • Adult responsible for accepting terms and conditions is liable for any damages or injuries caused.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Resale of Vouchers at any price is prohibited. ZOOMOOV reserves the right to cancel any packages that have been transferred or resold and to deny any such packages entry.

Parents/guardians who violate this rule are liable to be fined. Penalties will be imposed for animals that are not returned after the ride has ended.
