Please ensure you follow these steps when connecting your accounts:

- Use the correct credentials and ensure they are case-sensitive. Verify these credentials by logging into your online web banking portal (note that they might different on your mobile banking app).

- Enable notifications on both the mobile banking app and Dobin to complete the authentication steps in time.

- Avoid logging into your mobile banking app or your online web banking during the entire connection process.

Yes, you can export your data into a CSV file.

To export all transactions, take the following steps:
Settings –> Data Privacy –> Export –> Export All Transactions

To export selected transactions, take the following steps:
Home Page –> See All under transactions –> Multiple Select –> choose the transactions –> Export (on the bottom-right)

To select the mode of sharing for selected transactions (CSV or text), go to Settings – Advanced Settings, and toggle on 'Include CSV while sharing' as per your preference.

No, you can only connect accounts from financial institutions listed in the Dobin app. However, we constantly consider integrating with more financial institutions when it is technically feasible.

No, your data is not available in real time but you can refresh your accounts to see your latest transactions.

Yes, you can still use the Dobin app without connecting any bank accounts or credit card accounts to find valuable discounts and apply for a new credit card or loan.

You can also choose to upload your bank or credit card statements in PDF format. This allows Dobin to analyse your spending and offer personalised insights, without needing to connect your accounts directly.

Yes, you can select DBS to connect your POSB accounts.

If your connection status is stuck on 'Connecting' or 'Finalising', click on Cancel on the top right of the credentials screen and restart your connection.

You can now connect your Trust Bank account by importing your account statements.

You can connect both your Savings accounts and Credit Cards to Dobin. You can also upload older statements from 2024 and 2023 to have a longer-term view of your Trust Bank data.

To import your statements to Dobin:

- Update your Dobin App to the latest version.
- Download your PDF statements from the Bank app and save them in a folder you can easily access. The bank may also send you a statement by email.
- Open your statement and tap the three dots or share button to share the PDF.
- If you don't see the Dobin App, scroll to the right and tap 'More' to select Dobin.
- When you click on Dobin, your statement will be visible in the Dobin app. Tap "Import" in the top right to successfully connect your account(s).
- Done! Your account is now connected, and you can import other accounts or older statements too!

To reset or update your bank credentials without losing any existing data on Dobin:

- Go into your Settings and click on Consent and Privacy

- Click on ‘Reset Bank Credentials’, select the bank you want to reset the credentials for and confirm.

- Once completed, go to your homepage, tap on the bank and select “refresh bank”.

- You will receive an “Attention Required” message. Please update your credentials to start the connection.
