To apply for a new credit card, follow these steps:

- Go to your Credit Card page and click into Explore Cards tab.

- Select the credit card to view the details page, understand the key benefits and click the Apply Now button to begin the card application process.

- Complete the steps as per the bank’s instructions.

- Ensure you meet the reward eligibility (e.g. minimum spend) criteria to receive the sign-up promotion rewards.

Additionally, you can also use the "Find the Best for You" feature available on the Credit Card tab. By answering a few simple questions about your preferences, Dobin will recommend the best credit card options suitable for you.

The joining promotions are fulfilled by our partners who facilitate the application process (depending on the credit cards, it could be SingSaver, MoneySmart or a bank).

Please ensure to:

- Understand which institution offers the joining benefit (it is indicated on Dobin in the respective credit card’s details page).

- Read the terms & conditions before applying for any new credit card.

- Fulfil the reward eligibility criteria.

If your credit card image is not displayed accurately, click on ‘Select a Different Card’ and choose the appropriate credit card image.

Yes, you can compare the features of two credit cards:

- Go to your Credit Card page and click into Explore Cards tab.

- Select the (+) Compare button for the credit cards you want to compare.

- Once you have chosen two credit cards, select the (Compare > ) button to compare them.

Yes, Dobin can notify you of upcoming credit card bill payments. Here's how:

- Click into your Settings and then click on Notifications.

- Toggle on the Credit Card Due Payment option to promptly receive your payment due reminder 5 days before the due dates.

The 'Best Card for Next Purchase' is a feature to help you determine the best credit card to use at a specific merchant to earn the highest rewards value. Here's how you can use the feature:

- Scroll down on the homepage and click on the 'Best Card for Next Purchase' widget.

- Type the merchant's name, click enter and select your preferred option.

- Dobin will automatically rank the best card to use to maximise your rewards. By connecting your credit cards, you will be able to see how much rewards you earn on each card.

- You can customise your purchase details such as the spend amount, payment mode (in-store/online, physical card/mobile contactless), country (domestic/overseas) and type of rewards (miles/cash)

- Dobin will re-analyse your inputs and automatically rank the best card to use to maximise your rewards.

If you do not have the recommended card, you can use other credit cards you have to earn rewards. Alternatively, Dobin provides an option to easily apply for a new credit card directly from the app.

The feature works for a wide range of merchants. If you are unable to find your merchant, please 'Contact Us' and let us know which merchant you would like to see on Dobin.

Dobin regularly updates the card recommendation data to ensure you receive the most accurate and beneficial advice for maximising your rewards.

No, the 'Best Card for Next Purchase' feature is available to all Dobin users. Users can use this feature with or without connecting their accounts.

The Best Credit Card for Next Purchase feature evaluates credit cards issued by DBS, UOB, OCBC, Citibank, American Express, Standard Chartered, CIMB, and Maybank.

If you haven’t connected a specific credit card account to Dobin (e.g. Maybank cards cannot be connected), tap the blue 'I own this card' tick box for that card.

- Connect at least one credit card to Dobin from the homepage.

- Once done, go to My Cards (from your Credit Cards tab) and tap on your credit card.

- Choose your statement date by tapping on 'Select last statement end date'.

- Get an up-to-date view of how much you're spending in your current statement period. You can now view this progress tracker for all credit cards, including Citi Rewards (CRMC) and HSBC Revolution!

- Click on 'Transactions' to view your transactions by each statement period.

- Filter and customise what transactions you want to see, whether it’s expenses, income, or everything at once.
