It's important to note that when you restore your backup, it will override any existing data on your device. Additionally, you have the flexibility to manage your backups as you see fit. You can manually delete your backup at any time if you no longer wish to keep it.
Finally, please remember that you can only restore backups created under your own Dobin account. This provides an extra layer of security and ensures that your sensitive information remains private and accessible only to you.
To restore your secure backup on a new mobile device:
- Go to Settings and click on Backup Now. - Create a unique password to set up and restore your backup. - On your new device, after logging in, go to Settings and under Secure Backup, click on Restore Last Backup.
Please do not lose your backup password as Dobin will not be able to help you recover it.

You can permanently delete your Dobin account through the following. 1. Go into your Settings and select Data & Privacy 2. Select 'Delete Account' to permanently delete your account. 3. You will be required to verify account deletion with SMS OTP verification. Kindly complete this to successfully delete your account.
Alternatively, you can also decide to delete all the bank data from your device while still keeping your Dobin account by selecting 'Delete All Bank Data' instead.
